Ask a musician what they've been doing lately and they'll tell you: "just workin' on tunes." Sometimes they'll say that they're in the studio now... or that they're getting ready for this or that gig -- but they're always 'just workin' on tunes.' I like to ask my friends what they're listening to lately... it goes without saying we're always workin' on our ear.
